I try my best to treat by customers as if they were my own family. I do my best to inform every customer of the condition of their vehicle. If something needs to be done for safety reasons I will let you know, if it can wait you will know that too. And if it's something I wouldn't repair on my own car I will be brutally honest and let you know that as well. My goal is not to take all your money and make you mad, my goal is to keep your car on the road and keep money in your bank account. I charge all parts at cost so you can count on my parts pricing as well as my labor pricing being quite a bit lower (as much as 50%) than most shops in the area.
