I just wasted another morning (the second in a row) waiting for these clowns to come fix my windshield. Both appointments were between 9 and 11 am, and both times I did not hear from anyone by 11. When I called each time, they said the technician was on his way and just to wait a little bit longer. Trusting (read: naive) person that I am, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Both days I would have been late to work if I had waited around (I don't go in until 12:30 or 1!), so I chose not to reschedule a second time. I don't feel like wasting any more of my time-- I'd rather pay more money and know the job will get done as scheduled.
